Limited Lifetime Warranty

Putnam Hitch Products warrants, to the original retail purchaser, its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for so long as product is owned by original purchaser; normal wear and tear, abuse and misuse excepted.

Putnam Hitch Product’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at its option. To obtain service under this warranty, the purchaser must:

1. Call Putnam Hitch Products at (517) 369-2165, for return authorization;
   
2. Return the product, freight charges prepaid, together with a dated proof of purchase receipt to, Putnam Hitch Products or its authorized service facility.

Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of proof of purchase, Putnam Hitch Products, if it determines that the defect is not due to normal wear and tear, abuse or misuse, will repair, or at its option, replace and return the item, transportation prepaid, to the owner.

Any items replaced by Putnam Hitch Products shall become the property of Putnam Hitch Products.

Putnam Hitch Products shall not be liable for the loss of use of vehicles, loss of time, inconvenience, cost or removal and/or installation, or any other incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties and merchantability and fitness. There are no warranties, express or implied, that extend beyond the warranty period. This warranty shall be void if the product has been altered, abused, or misused.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you.

Putnam Hitch Products garantiza, al comprador al por menor original, que su mano de obra y materiales de sus productos son libres de defectos por el tiempo que el producto es poseido por el comprador original; exepto uso normal, abuso e uso inapropriado.

El obligación de Putnam Hitch Products bajo ésta garantía es limitado a reparación o remplazo, lo cual es sujeto a la decisión de la companía.  Para obtener servicio bajo ésta garantía, el comprador debe:

1. llamar a Putnam Hitch Products al (517) 369-2165 para autorización a retornar;
   
2. retornar el producto, cargos de transporte prepagado, junto con el recibo de prueba de compras a Putnam Hitch Products o su centro de servicio autorizado.
   

Al recibir la pieza retornado y verificar la prueba de compras, Putnam Hitch Products, si determina que el defecto no es debido al uso normal, abuso o uso inapropriado, reparará, o a su decisión, remplazar y devolver la pieza, transportación prepagado, al dueno.

Cualquier pieza remplazada por Putnam Hitch Products será propiedad de Putnam Hitch Products.

Putnam Hitch Products no será responsable por la pérdida del uso de vehículo, pérdida de tiempo, inconveniencia, costo de quitar y/o instalar, o cualquieres otros daños secundarios o consecuenciales.

Esta garantía es explícitamente en lugar de otras garantías, expresadas o implicadas, incluyendo las garantías implicadas y proximidad a las necesidades del mercado y forma física.  No hay garantías, expresadas o implicadas, que se extienden más allá del periodo de la garantía.  Esta garantía será inválido si el producto ha sido alterado, abusado o usado inapropriadamente.

Garantie Limitée Pendant la Dureé Utile du Produit

Putnam Hitch Products garantit ses produits contre tout défaut de fabrication ou de matière tant qu’ils demeurent en possenssion de leur premeir acheteur, sauf en cas d’utilisation abusive ou inadaptée ou lorsque l’usure est normale.

La garantie de Putnam Hitch Products est limitée à la réparation ou au remplacement de ses produits à sa discrétion.  Pour bénéficier de cette garantie, l’acheteur doit procéder de la façon suivante:

1. Appeler Putnam Hitch Products au muméro (517) 369-2165 pour obtenir une autorisation de renvoi de produit.
   
2. Renvoyer le produit, frais de port payés avec prevue d’achat, à Putnam Hitch Products ou au réparateur qu’elle a autorisé.

Sur réception de l’article renvoyé et après vérification de la preuve d’achat, si Putnam Hitch Products détermine que le défaut n’est pas dû à l’usure normale ou à une utilisation abusive ou inadaptée, elle réparera ou remplacera l’article en question à sa discrétion et le renverra à l’acheteur, frais de port payés.

Putnam Hitch Products devient propriétaire de tout article remplacé.

Putnam Hitch Products décline toute responsabilité pour toute perte ou vol de véhicule, perte de temps, dérangement, coûts de remplacement et/ou d’installation, ou pour tout dommage résultant ou conséquent.

Cette garantie remplace tout autre garantie expresse ou implicite et tout garantie de qualité marchande ou physique.  Aucune autre garantie expresse ou implicite ne s’applique au-delà de la période couverte.  Cette garantie est nulle en cas de modification du produit et en cas d’utilisation abusive ou inadaptée de ce produit.

Cette garantie accorde à l’acheteur des droits spécifiques sur le plan juridique.  Une autre juridiction peut s’appliquer, de façon différente d’une province à l’autre.  Certaines provinces ne permettent pas de limiter dans le temps les garanties implicites et ne permettent pas d’exclure ou de limiter les conséquences ou les résultats des dommages.  Les limites et/ou les exclusions de la garantie cidessus peuvent donc ne pas s’appliquer à l’acheteur.
